Consumer Reporting Process and Compliance Manager Job Description
The Consumer Reporting team is responsible for defining, executing and managing all of Arity’s policies, procedures and operations as it relates to complying with applicable Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) obligations under the Federal Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  This team clearly articulates FCRA requirements to Arity leadership, Arity affiliates and users of Arity’s consumer report(s), like Driving Score.  This team handles operational inquires on Arity’s consumer report(s) from varying auidences, documents requests, completes and/or oversees changes to applicable data, and resolves concerns.

Our business and delivery models are best described as B2B – enabling value across Allstate brands and outside of Allstate.  Key customer audiences are product managers in differing industries who will leverage Arity’s products to improve the value in their existing program(s) and/or create new solutions for consumer needs.

The Consumer Reporting Process and Compliance Manager is responsible for defining, executing and managing all of Arity’s policies, procedures and operations as it relates to complying with applicable CRA obligations under the FCRA.  They will clearly articulate to Arity leadership, Arity affiliates and users of Arity’s consumer report(s), like Driving Score, the policies and procedures to comply with FCRA requirements. They will handle operational inquires on Arity’s consumer report(s) from varying auidences, document requests, complete and/or oversee corrections to applicable data, and resolve concerns.

Key Responsibilities


• Develops and maintains a robust understanding of FCRA requirements by proactively working with legal and other applicable resources.
• Defines, executes and manages all of Arity’s policies, procedures and operations as it relates to complying with applicable CRA obligations under the FCRA.
• Develops and maintains a working knowledge of Arity’s business model(s), product(s) and their application(s), especially as it pertains to applicable CRA obligations under the FCRA. 
• Articulates the policies and procedures to Arity leadership, Arity affilates and users of Arity’s consumer report(s) in order to ensure compliance with FCRA requirements
• Partners with key Arity resources to create and maintain a relationship with users of Arity’s consumer report(s) so that these users can remain informed of policies and procedures to comply with FCRA requirements.
• Partners with key Arity resources to remain informed of uses (current or planned) of Arity’s consumer report(s).
• Handles operational inquires on Arity’s consumer report(s) from varying audiences, document requests, complete and/or oversee corrections to applicable data, and resolve concerns.
 

Job Qualifications

Knowledge / Skills / Ability / Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree required – preferably in related field of study or equivalent combination of experience
• 7+ years of compliance and policy/procedure experience
• Solid compliance, business process and documentation skills
• Solid data management, quality assurance and data flow skills
• Solid experience in time and task management demonstrated by the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
• Strong attention to details
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with multiple disciplinary groups and all organizational levels
