Our Sales department develops the business policies, processes, and programs to help our 10,000+ Allstate agency owners and financial specialists achieve their goals.

We work directly with Allstate business owners and their staff to increase growth in the Financial Services and Property and Casualty areas. Using our expertise in recruiting, coaching, and training—as well as sales production—we make a valuable impact by providing our partners with the resources they need to grow sales, increase agent appointments, and boost market share all across the country.
