DESCRIPTION:  \nOur Customer Contact Center is growing in Pocatello\, Idaho. Join us as Customer Service Sales Specialist. We’re hosting an on-site job fair on February 21\, 2020. If you thrive in an environment where you can take charge\, plan and guide others through complex situations\, be outspoken and be a confident decision-maker\, Allstate is the place for you! \nApply in advance or learn more about the role here.  \nTraining Schedule: (6 weeks): Start 3/13/20\, Monday-Friday 10:00 AM-6:30 PM \nTransition Schedule: (8 weeks): 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, Thursday\, Saturday; Days off: Friday & Sunday \nPermanent Schedule: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm Monday\, Tuesday\, Wednesday\, Thursday\, Friday & Rotational Saturday; Days off: Sunday & Rotational Saturdays \nCompensation: \nBase Salary: $31\,200.00 annually (paid bi-weekly) \nCandidates identified as bilingual through the management interview process will be eligible for a 10% bilingual pay differential. \n2nd shift work schedules are eligible for a 10% pay differential.
