Looking for a chance to kick start your career in full-stack software development? Here at Avail, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly on our rapidly growing peer-to-peer car sharing platform while working in a stimulating and highly collaborative startup
environment. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to CI/CD pipelines, help incubate our performance and scalability suite, and develop business-critical infrastructure.
. Build out backend services to handle user transactions and data
. Develop frontend code our our consumer-facing site and internal dashboard
. Work with other developers to identify end-to-end test scenarios and build them into
. Actively participate in full software development life cycle processes with small, agile teams
. Contribute to feature planning and estimation
. Respond to quality metrics from automated testing results and bug boards
Education and Experience
. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
. Familiarity with Node.js and/or React
. Mocha or Cypress test framework experience desirable but not necessary
. Any hands-on Jenkins CI/CD, Docker, Cucumber, or AWS experience is a plus
. Swift or other iOS development experience is also a plus
Compensation for this position is between $68,000/yr-$112,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
