SPEAKER 2: Here at Allstate, women are encouraged to take all sorts of different roles. They can have progression to senior leadership roles. They’re encouraged to try different things. They’re given opportunities for conferences and growth programs. Allstate has a program called Power of 5, which is a mentoring program for women in leadership roles. So there’s a lot of different ways we get involved.
SPEAKER 1: Allstate’s focus is on inclusive diversity and really making sure that everybody has the same opportunities and can really be empowered within their career is not just a focus for women, but for all. And I think because of that culture, it by extension, makes it such an easy place to be a woman and know that you can have leadership and make an impact here.
