Job Description
The Information Technology Compliance (ITC) Expert is responsible for directing the overall efforts and defining the strategies supporting general IT controls analysis and assessment, both internally and externally. The ITC Sr. Technician serves as a subject matter expert, representing the organization to other parts of the business and technology areas, consulting on the future direction of risk management strategies and trends, and setting the direction for compliance standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult in defining strategies to review changes in company processes, standards and technology to ensure the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies
• Consult in defining strategies to conduct risk analysis and/or risk assessment both inside and outside the company (including physical threats, internet attacks, malicious code attacks, national security issues and compliance with regulations) and provide recommendations and/or mitigation strategies to management
• Direct efforts and define strategies to develop and implement control procedures and programs for system and business processes
• Direct efforts in developing and implementing systems and business control procedures and plans for key areas of the company
• Direct efforts that are responsible for programs to assess, prevent and mitigate risk
• Direct the analysis effort to proactively isolate, describe and resolve both real and potential threats that affect Allstate’s assets
• Direct efforts and defines strategies to ensure that controls and processes are operating effectively
• Direct efforts to research and evaluate emerging trends, threats and technologies
• Direct efforts that define strategies to develop, implement, document, and administer standards and procedures to secure and protect Allstate assets
Education
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $95,700.00 – 170,925.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
