Job Description
We are looking for a skilled MIS Analyst to join our Claims Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing data related to insurance claims, creating comprehensive reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role demands a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and familiarity with the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret claims data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to monitor claims performance.
- Collaborate with the Claims Management team to enhance data accuracy and reporting processes.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and security in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management tools and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis on claims issues and recommend solutions.
- Support the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
