Job Description
What You Will Do
Lead and guide a team of reconciliation specialists, providing guidance, and support.
Partner with cross-functional teams across both onshore and offshore locations to implement best practices and streamline reconciliation procedures.
Understands the business unit structure and components that impact profitability and operational efficiencies
Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. And generate comprehensive reports on reconciliation outcomes, trends, and key performance indicators.
Oversee the reconciliation process for various financial accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory/compliance standards.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the reconciliation function to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
Conduct regular reviews to identify discrepancies and variances, guiding the team in effective issue resolution
Creates a positive and satisfying work environment through recognition, empowerment, diversity and acting as a role model
Conduct monthly coaching, Identify training needs, and recommend programs to develop future skillsets
Effective capacity planning, contribute and implement strategic plans to achieve stated objectives and goals

Knowledge of Accounting entries and impact mandatory
Knowledge of R2R, General Ledger coding, and SOX audits,
Ability to utilize available Tools to capture information accurately
Good communication skills – written & verbal
Good knowledge of Advance Excel and PPT
