The Claims Training & Development team is hiring, and we are actively looking for a Claims Quality Advisor Auto, to join our team! Reporting to the Manager, Claims Quality Auto & Property you will be accountable for ensuring adherence to claim department policies, practices, and procedures in the adjustment of reported losses of minimal to moderate complexity.

Role Designation: Remote
Accountabilities:
- Ensure the execution of required employee file reviews, call reviews, vendor reviews
- Ensure the execution of targeted reviews to assess and support business projects/initiatives
- Ensure understanding of internal requirements, Best Practices/Standard Processes and Customer Service Standards.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are established and aligned to achieve target results
- Participate in team and business calibration sessions
- Provide feedback to Claim Managers and Claim Advisors to achieve individual and team quality performance targets
- Effectively communicate with Claim Managers and Claim Advisors. (results, trends, updates, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Enrolled in or completion of CIP designation
- 5+ years Claims Auto Property Damage experience
- Having Auto Field Claim experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to embrace change
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and peers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Bilingual (French) is an asset
