Job Description
The core responsibility of the Global Learning Advisor Sr Consultant II is to bridge business needs with effective learning solutions. In this role, you will work with your Global Advisory Leader and area of business as a strategic partner, understanding both business priorities and learning and development (L&D) performance enablers to create and implement learning that drive measurable business outcomes.
Day to day job duties include conducting learning needs analysis, sustaining clear and measurable learning objectives, and developing solutions that build the skills and behaviors necessary for success. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to create and execute comprehensive learning plans that align with business goals and support workforce development.
This role requires a strong ability to translate business challenges into learning opportunities, working collaboratively with stakeholders ensuring that learning interventions are targeted, impactful, and data driven.

Strategic Business Partnership
- Work with Advisory leader and build trusted relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities to align learning strategies accordingly. Guiding stakeholders to the right learning and performance solutions rather than just fulfilling training requests.
Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and business performance challenges.
- Supports measurable learning objectives to ensure alignment with business KPIs.
- Influences and sustains learning strategies that include formal, informal, and experiential learning solutions.
- Leverage data and insights to make informed recommendations.
Develop Learning Solution
- Collaborate with learning designers and business teams to develop and implement effective learning interventions.
- Ensure learning solutions enhance skills, behaviors, and performance that drive business success.
- Advocate for modern learning methodologies such as digital learning, coaching, and on-the-job experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence
- Act as a liaison between business units, and L&D teams to ensure alignment.
- Influence leaders and teams to prioritize learning as a strategic enabler of business performance.
- Facilitate conversations to drive learning culture and leadership development.
Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Champion innovative learning approaches, including global offerings and emerging industry trends.
- Adapt learning strategies based on business changes, workforce shifts, and evolving priorities.
Responsibilities:
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
- This role will be required to support US operational hours.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a Learning & Development role
- 1+ years’ experience with business acumen in one of the following area: Allstate Claims, Allstate Canada, National General Service Operations, Allstate Service Operations
Desirable Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Previous experience of L&D needs analysis
