Our Lead Generation team plays a key role in identifying potential customers and connecting them with our licensed agents to facilitate successful policy sales.
About the role
As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, and transferring qualified leads to licensed agents who complete the insurance sale. You will communicate effectively through multiple channels and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with potential customers to follow up on inquiries and purchasing interest.
- Identify customer needs and respond accurately, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency.
- Use multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to support customers.
- Gather relevant customer information and document interactions.
- Transfer qualified leads to agents for policy completion.
- Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer support.
What We’re Looking For
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Skills and Experience
· Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual).
· Ability to multitask and work with multiple systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
