Job Description
As a Senior GRC & Technology Frameworks Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise GRC platform as a strategic product architect and serve as a people and delivery leader accountable for driving execution, capability development, and sustained adoption. You’ll align business capabilities, processes, data, and technology to enable consistent governance and decision-ready insight. You’ll also serve as the system-level enablement lead for the Operational Risk & Return Management (ORRM) framework—with accountability for ensuring the ORRM framework is operable, integrated, scalable, and decision-ready through the enterprise GRC platform, ensuring that ORRM workflows, data structures, reporting, and governance needs (e.g., ORRC/RRC decision support) are consistently enabled and defensible.
You’ll have accountability for the roadmap, prioritization, adoption, reliable run-state operations, and leadership of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct people leadership, including setting priorities, coaching and developing talent, reinforcing accountability, and building ORRM and GRC platform capability across the team.

Own product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to enterprise governance and ORRM enablement needs.
-
Run intake, prioritization, and delivery sequencing for enhancements and support, making transparent tradeoff decisions.
-
Translate business and ORRM governance needs into scalable requirements and governed designs (workflows, data, reporting).
-
Oversee configuration standards and access governance to protect platform integrity, consistency, and maintainability.
-
Accountable for the ongoing operability of the ORRM framework through technology enablement—ensuring alignment as standards, governance structures, and enterprise priorities evolve.
-
Enable ORRM execution by ensuring platform support for risk and issue intake, action tracking, escalation pathways, and evidence capture.
-
Maintain core data definitions, taxonomies, and hierarchies needed for consistent enterprise risk-and-return reporting and traceability.
-
Enable decision-ready reporting by improving insight quality, repeatability, and timeliness; align metrics and definitions across stakeholders.
-
Partner with ERRM leadership and governance forums (ORRC, RRC, Working Groups) to ensure platform outputs support clear decisioning, documentation, and follow-through.

Analyze and optimize processes supported by the GRC platform; document current state, define target state, and reduce manual workarounds.

Lead change enablement, training, and adoption readiness for releases and ORRM process changes; stabilize post-release performance.
-
Operate run-state processes including issue triage, backlog hygiene, incident response coordination, and root-cause improvement.

Partner with technology teams and vendors on integrations, security expectations, scalability, and data/reporting reliability.
Required Qualifications

Experience leading and developing teams, including performance management, coaching, and delivery accountability in a matrixed environment.

Experience owning or leading an enterprise platform or product with roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder governance.

Experience aligning business processes to a target operating model and translating needs into executable, governed solutions.

Ability to translate complex governance requirements into scalable workflows, data structures, and reporting.

Experience leading change enablement and adoption for enterprise tools (communications, training, readiness, stabilization).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GRC or integrated risk management platforms and enterprise governance workflows.

Experience with data governance concepts (definitions, taxonomies, quality controls) and enterprise reporting enablement.

Experience supporting operational risk, risk-and-return, or enterprise risk governance frameworks.

Experience enabling executive or governance forums with decision-ready reporting, dashboards, and structured materials.

Strong understanding of operational risk lifecycle concepts and how they translate into systems, data, and workflows.

Compensation offered for this role is 134,000.00 – 209,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
