Job Description
The Leadership Enablement Senior Associate plays a critical role in enabling frontline leaders by ensuring accurate timekeeping, auditing attendance records, processing system changes and supporting performance management processes. This role serves as a liaison between frontline leadership, HR and other internal partners. The associate will analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to improve workforce management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Audit attendance and performance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, partnering closely with frontline leaders to support effective performance management processes.

Process employee system transactions, including manager changes, employee transfers, schedule updates, and other required adjustments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Design, generate, and distribute attendance and performance reports for leadership, providing visibility into workforce trends and supporting data‑driven decision making.
-
Work collaboratively with HR, IT, MyHR, and other internal partners to support system improvements, policy updates, and enhancements to timekeeping and performance management processes.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers by providing training, guidance, and best‑practice support related to timekeeping, performance management, and system usage.

Audit, investigate, and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in partnership with employees and frontline leaders to ensure timely resolution and data integrity.

Support timekeeping updates and corrections, including Workday schedule changes, missed punches, and other necessary adjustments.

Exercise independent judgment to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Utilize multiple systems to support frontline leaders with employee‑related transactions and inquiries.

Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and the overall employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications:

Two years of experience supporting timekeeping, performance management, human resources operations, or administrative processes in a corporate or operational setting.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and manage competing priorities effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional partners and providing clear, professional guidance to employees and leaders.
-
Experience working across multiple systems and tools (Verint, Workday, ServiceNow)
Please note: This role requires working every other Sunday to support and finalize payroll processing
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
This position is only available within the U.S, but not currently available for Puerto Rico, California, New York, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington state residents.
