Job Description
The Enterprise Employee Engagement Senior Consultant II supports a cohesive culture, coordinates most employee engagement initiatives across the office, The Enterprise Employee Engagement Senior Consultant II will be helping to create and advocate for a positive and innovative culture by assisting in developing, managing and executing all projects supporting these values. This role utilizes subject matter knowledge to be a resource for team members on employee culture, researching trends, best practices and processes that contribute to supporting the business objectives of attracting and retaining the best talent, supporting a collaborative, innovative work environment, and supporting employees who create cutting edge products and services for Allstate.
WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE
This position is full-time, on-site and requires a consistent in-office presence during standard business hours. The selected candidate must be based out of our Chicago IL Merchandise Mart office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build cross‑team community through curated gatherings, volunteer events, and wellbeing activations that strengthen relationships and reinforce a shared sense of purpose.
- Assist in growing and monitoring community participation and engagement, supporting the development of the desired culture and ensuring shared guidelines and norms are understood and followed.
- Promote connection and visibility across teams and departments by capturing and sharing moments through photos, videos, and storytelling that highlight people, experiences, and the value of coming together.
- Support the development of new and innovative ways to engage employees, continuously seeking, sharing, and responding to workforce feedback to identify what resonates most and drives meaningful participation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 year Bachelors Degree. (Preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience. (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.
