Role: Territory Business Leader- Hybrid
Job Description
The Territory Business Leader (TBL)s is responsible for organizing, directing and integrating distribution strategies, sales enablement priorities and change initiatives, with a primary focus on supporting Inside Sales performance and execution while maintaining strong alignment across adjacent channels, including Digital/Web.
This leader will work in close partnership with Inside Sales leadership, Strategy and Enablement areas across Allstate Canada to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans that drive profitable growth, operational excellence and a consistent customer experience.
This individual brings strong expertise in sales, operations and cross-channel coordination, and will partner with the Inside Sales Leadership and functional leaders to identify opportunities, remove execution barriers and improve results. The Territory Business Leader will report to the ACG, Director, Strategy and Inside Sales.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key integration point across Inside Sales and adjacent distribution channels, with a primary focus on supporting Inside Sales strategy, execution and business performance while ensuring alignment with Digital/Web priorities.

Partner closely with Inside Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, address performance gaps, and support delivery of sales, productivity, conversion and customer experience objectives.

Lead and coordinate initiatives that improve change readiness, frontline adoption and execution discipline across Inside Sales, while gathering feedback pre- and post-launch and monitoring success metrics after deployment.

Support cross-channel planning and collaboration between Inside Sales and Digital/Web teams to improve lead flow, customer handoffs, sales containment and overall channel effectiveness.

Coordinate validation exercises on sales compensation models, ensuring partnership with sales compensation to support business performance and expense management.

Support Inside Sales leaders in preparation for business reviews, leadership meetings and performance discussions.

Identify and synthesize key trends affecting top-line growth, conversion, productivity and operational performance, and recommend actions to improve results.

Collaborate with Inside Sales Leaders and functional partners to identify operational efficiencies, strengthen execution of the operating model, and support implementation of cross-channel improvements.

Manage key communication and governance events, including agenda development, presenter preparation, materials creation, facilitation and follow-up actions, ensuring alignment to short- and long-term strategy.

Analyze quantitative, qualitative and trend data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that support Inside Sales decision-making and broader distribution objectives.
