Job Description
As a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster, you’ll support Moderate auto claims involving property damage, bodily injury, and attorneys. In this remote role, you’ll investigate coverage and liability, evaluate damages and risk, communicate with customers and attorneys, and negotiate fair injury settlements. You’ll use sound judgment, empathy, and Allstate’s claims tools to guide each claim through a fast, fair, and well-documented process while delivering a strong customer experience.
Qualifications

Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience

3+ years of bodily injury claim handling experience

Moderate bodily injury claim handling experience

Experience handling claims in Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky Preferred – not required

Experience using NextGen, Mitchell Decision Point, and Casualty Center preferred
-
Strong phone communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and assess claims accurately

Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time efficiently
-
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
-
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully

Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation

Licensing Requirements

If required, licensing may include an additional Department of Insurance background check and must be completed within 60 days of hire

If you currently hold an active insurance license, you must terminate all existing appointments before onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments during employment

If you are seeking an adjuster role and hold a resident producer license, you must formally surrender that license when instructed by the licensing team
