You will shape product direction, solve customer problems, and guide ideas from concept to launch. We are looking for a hands-on product leader who uses data, works well across teams, and thrives in ambiguity.
The Team
Allstate Technology Solutions is building a next‑generation insurance platform by combining modern product design with advanced AI—including Generative AI and agentic technologies. Our mission is to deliver transformational customer experiences while unlocking operational efficiency and personalized protection at scale.
Become a part of our story.
You’ll join a collaborative, fast‑moving team that continuously explores new ideas, tests assumptions, learns from data, and delivers real impact.
The Role
As a Digital Product Manager, you turn strategy into tangible outcomes—stories, designs, and shipped capabilities. You’re comfortable working hands‑on with data, using insights to influence direction, and navigating ambiguity to solve hard problems.
You value strong problem framing, clear success metrics, and effective stakeholder management. You collaborate easily across engineering, UX, architecture, and business, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on outcomes—not just output.
You’re someone who….
- Thrives in evolving problem spaces and continuously learns
- Contributes meaningfully to design, data, and retrospective discussions
- Uses AI and modern tools to innovate and problem‑solve
- Takes initiative and drives work through execution
- Manages stakeholder expectations and demand by prioritizing high‑value work and making tradeoffs explicit
- Partners closely with technical and non‑technical teammates toward shared goals
Responsibilities:
- Product Direction: Own and execute a prioritized product roadmap aligned to strategy, customer value, and measurable outcomes
- Stakeholder & Demand Management: Manage cross‑functional demand by clarifying intent, evaluating value, and driving transparent, outcome‑based prioritization
- Problem Framing: Define clear problem statements and success criteria in partnership with users and stakeholders
- Data‑Driven Decisions: Use research, analytics, and raw data to surface insights, validate assumptions, and inform roadmap and delivery decisions
- User Experience: Advocate for intuitive experiences and contribute to solution design from concept through execution
- AI Innovation: Identify and apply AI (including GenAI and agentic tech), rapidly experimenting to responsibly scale ideas into production
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands‑on product management experience with a strong execution track record
- Experience working with AI technologies (Google, Anthropic, Azure, or AWS); scaling AI‑powered products is a plus
- Proficiency in Agile product development
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong data literacy with the ability to independently analyze and query data
Skills
Analytics, Business Case Analyses, Prioritization, Product Design, Product Development, Product Direction, Product Management, Product Roadmap, Product Roadmapping, Systems Thinking
Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 – 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
Joining our team isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity. One that takes your skills and pushes them to the next level. One that encourages you to challenge the status quo.
