Job Description
What You Will Do
Perform quality checks for in scope activities using approved QC parameters as per agreed sampling percentage and frequency in English language
Generate insights/ ideas through BAU and targeted audits done for process to take better business decision
Report the QC numbers to stakeholders as per agreed frequency & with accuracy
Maintain & lead calibration within acceptable target variance agreed
Perform RCA & CAPA in Collaboration with Ops TL or SME
Analyze the quality data and share ideas/action plan to improve the current process & drive the improvement initiative with the help of TL or SME
Share different reports utilizing MS excel skill to relevant stakeholders such as quality trends, calibration report, etc.
