Job Description
The Vice President of Distribution & Agency Economics oversees financial and operational support for Allstate’s EA, Allstate Brand Direct, and Broker distribution channels, as well as Allstate Brand Agency Economics. The position will be accountable for building and executing finance and planning processes and operational financial metrics for these areas. This position will also work with and support leadership in planning, execution and monitoring of critical initiatives and work with all members of the Finance organization particularly in reporting, planning, disclosing, and measuring the financial results of their assigned AOR.
The preferred location for this role is Chicago, IL. However, candidates from all US locations will be considered. Significant travel is required to office locations for connection purposes.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver the strategic vision for the Finance team supporting EA, Allstate Brand Direct, and Broker distribution channels
- Provide strategic finance partnership to senior leadership within Property-Liability (PL) and Marketing, Innovation & Corporate Brand (MICB) in support of achieving key sales & distribution priorities
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strategic insights that drive organizational success.
- Lead the design and execution of Allstate’s pay program strategies across all Allstate Brand distribution channels, ensuring incentive compensation is aligned to enterprise priorities
- Leads P&L and serves as the Finance business partner for the East and West General Managers and their Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
- Oversee Allstate Brand countrywide analytics strategy to deliver key insights and recommendations to sales & distribution leaders
- Foster and grow relationships with Allstate National partnerships.
- Build and develop a high-performing team equipped with technical and consultative skills

- Held progressive leadership roles within large corporation requiring digital and analytical acumen
- Has experience building an enterprise team focused on financial growth
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with equivalent job-related experience in related field and industry
- 10+ years of demonstrated leadership in a Financial or Product management position with a track record of driving results
