About the Teams:
All our teams are dedicated to providing optimized solutions and creating exceptional end-user experiences. We presently have two positions across our teams:
a) The Identity & Access Management (IAM) API Integration Team focuses on developing reusable services that enable secure, seamless integrations.
b) The Manage My Access (MMA) Team focuses on creating innovative, user-friendly solutions that streamlines access for Allstate employees and enterprise users, empowering them to resolve their access issues autonomously and securely.
Role Overview:
a) As a Digital Product Manager for the Identity & Access Management (IAM) API Integration Team, you will define and execute the product strategy for IAM/Security Network & Voice – related API services. Your role will involve working closely with technical teams to build and manage APIs that expose capabilities for our area, ensuring seamless integrations across Allstate’s systems. You will also ensure that these services deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business goals, security, and performance standards.
b) As a Digital Product Manager for the Manage My Access (MMA) team, you will define and lead the product strategy for MMA solutions, focusing on password resets, account unlocks, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings. You will collaborate with security, IT, and users, user experience teams to create a seamless and secure self-service platform, minimizing downtime and reducing helpdesk reliance. You will also help drive enhancement of a product(s) designed to automate and optimize security infrastructure management, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in network security operations.
Key responsibilities:

Define Product Strategy: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team ensuring they align with enterprise objectives and drive business value.

Drive Discovery & Validation: Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to validate assumptions and drive product direction.

Customer Focus: Be the voice of the customer, spending time with users to understand their needs and translate those into actionable product features.

Manage KPIs & Metrics: Define and track product KPIs, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with all relevant teams to ensure our product offerings are scalable, secure, and deliver value and we drive towards enterprise goals collectively.
Essential Skills:

4+ years' experience in digital product management / ownership or technical leadership working in an Agile software development environment (Scrum, Kanban or XP).

Experience in communicating complex and innovative concepts to product development teams with proven experience in data-driven decision making.

Experience working in a technology development environment.
-
Experience at breaking down work for iterative and incremental delivery.
-
Effective at stakeholder management and transparent communication.
Desirable Skills: IAM API

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.

Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies.

Experience working in the insurance industry or with enterprise-level software solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Desirable Skills: MMA

Experience with identity management platforms or enterprise IT solutions.

Familiarity with self-service portals and user-centric design principles.

Knowledge of identity management protocols (SSO, MFA) and security best practices.

Knowledge of network security infrastructure in particular firewall provisioning.

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 – 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
