Job Description
The Retail Construction Project Management Consultant II is responsible for overseeing various repair, maintenance, relocations, remodels, and construction projects for field retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinates minor remodeling of existing retail offices and administrative offices and major repair and maintenance projects such as painting, flooring, American's with Disabilities Act, bathrooms, and floor plan changes.

Serves as the point of contact for new construction projects, secures competitive bidding and identifies proper materials and specifications
-
Assists with the review of lease documents to identify scope of work and the responsible party (company or landlord) and coordinates work accordingly
-
Consults with Area of Responsibility Senior Leadership to identify design and construction issues and work with Area of Responsibility district leaders on scheduling of remodels
-
Coordinates with landlords, property managers, and contractors, IT and Facilities staff to effectively plan and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while complying with the terms of the lease agreement and company budget guidelines

Monitors the progress of jobs relative to the established timelines and deadlines
-
Ensures that jobs are completed per the plans, company design and material standards and within budget, and ensures that all punch list items are completed in a timely manner and that quality control is enforced and monitored
-
Obtains all required information per contracts; maintains files, records and databases of construction projects for remodels to provide status updates and history
-
Research and resolve Building Inspection, Permit and Certificate of Occupancy violation issues
Travels to new or relocated retail office locations to oversee the set ups as on-site coordinator
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
