Job Description
- This is a 12-month, full-time, exempt Talent Share with a time commitment of 100%.
- Exempt candidates will be considered for this role.
- The candidate will be working virtually/from home during the Talent Share.
- Interested employees should have a conversation with their immediate manager and approval before applying for this opportunity.
- Claims candidates must also have approval up through CSA Leadership.
- Service Delivery (CCC, ISC, RMBC, ASIC, GEM/ASA) employees must also have director-level approval before applying for this Talent Share.
What You Will Do
-Partner with Senior Manager to assess and build plan for operationalizing compliance, risk and policy management programs aligned with corporate frameworks
-Identify, prioritize, and assist/resolve remediation efforts.
-In partnership with Sr. Manager, evaluate current first line risk and compliance status and build and implement plan for strengthening, supporting and sustaining improved and optimized program across global HR.
-Influence mindset change to increase knowledge regarding each individual’s role in risk and compliance management.
-Increase HRs engagement in identifying, reporting, monitoring and rectifying risk and compliance issues consistent with ERRM.
-Partner with HR leaders to identify, monitor and execute programs to effectively manage risk, compliance and policy.
-Collaborate with Senior Manager to review and build global policy program.

This role provides a unique opportunity to help evaluate and build/strengthen a first line and support line risk, compliance and policy management function within HR. In collaboration with the Senior Manager and the other HR Operations leaders, you be positioned to influence and strengthen HR's program. In this role, you will be challenged to continue to hone specialized skills that blend HR knowledge with risk management, compliance frameworks, and strategic governance. It will allow you to further refine and challenge your leadership and influence skills!
