What You Will Do
Communicates empathetically with Stakeholders and schedule with the team and leader.
Identifying and initiating RCPS within the team.
Assigning Claims and replying to mails, while taking ownership to ensure no delays..
Working with the bottom quartile to deliver enhanced quality for the team.
Work alignment, ensuring the achievement of SLA’s and working in the queue.
Able to work together with the team and the bottom quartile.
What You Will Learn
Understand Team dynamics in a more versatile manner.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Handle trainings and identifying opportunities for improvement in the team

Job Qualifications
Skills You Should Have:
Prior experience in Casualty Workflow.
Good insurance domain & process knowledge of Casualty line of business
Excel and power point skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to give feedback and take sessions with the team
