Job Description
iAM Security Engineer Consultant II is a skilled IAM Engineer role with 3 to 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management tools like SailPoint IIQ for development, integration, and optimization of enterprise identity solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead key development initiatives, contribute to strategic security architecture decisions, and mentor junior members while deepening expertise in IAM evolving ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows, rules, and APIs in SailPoint IdentityIQ to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning
-
Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
-
Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to meet complex business and compliance requirements.
-
Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes, ensuring system stability and compliance.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins, supporting agile development and release cycles.

Responsive to dynamic work demands including flexible coverage as required.
Desirable Skills
-
Experience with IAM tools like IdentityNow, Saviynt or Entra ID Governance etc.

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer or other IAM product specific certification is a plus.

2+ years of IAM experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ development

Strong proficiency in Java, Bean Shell, JavaScript and REST APIs

Solid understanding of infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows/Linux), relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.

Understanding of IAM principles including RBAC, access review, and policy management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation offered for this role is $57,500.00 – 100,212.50 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
