Are you passionate about social impact, employee engagement, and operational excellence? As an Allstate Engagement & Foundation Operations Intern, you’ll help drive the internal heartbeat of The Allstate Foundation—supporting programs that connect employees and agents to purpose-driven initiatives while ensuring the Foundation runs smoothly and strategically.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate philanthropy, data analysis, event coordination, and process improvement—all while contributing to meaningful change.
This position is fully remote with the expectation of some in office days and travel.
What You’ll Do
Allstater Engagement
- Support initiatives that increase employee and agent participation in philanthropic programs .
- Help create communications and outreach materials to promote engagement opportunities across Allstate.
- Analyze participation data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for deeper impact.
- Assist with logistics for internal events and campaigns, including Family Service Day and Leadership Conference service activations.
Foundation Operations & Governance
- Conduct data analysis to support grantmaking and operational efficiency.
- Help refine internal processes and documentation to strengthen governance and compliance.
- Contribute to reports and presentations for leadership and board stakeholders.
- Support budget tracking and financial reconciliation as needed.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s (junior/senior preferred) in Business, Nonprofit Management, Public Policy, Social Impact, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive, collaborative, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven team.
- Passionate about employee engagement, philanthropy, and making a difference.
