Job Description
The Strategic HR Consultant II role partners with a team of HR consultants to implement Human Capital solutions designed to support the achievement of enterprise goals. This role works with internal and external resources to support projects within multiple workstreams. The Strategic HR Consulting and Delivery Consultant II is guided by strong functional knowledge, understanding of core business processes, and broad policies/standards to make judgments and/or recommendations as appropriate. This role supports HRBPs while working with business leaders, and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver talent priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Supports change management efforts by implementing and contributing to change plans and communications as it relates to business strategy changes impacting jobs or any HR process changes
- Utilizes evidence-based communication/storytelling to influence talent strategies by presenting facts, information, and professional advice while adjusting to different audiences.
- Leverages Analytics and Benchmarking (internal/external) resources to support talent strategies and recommend action plans related to complex problems.
- Utilizes Project/Product Management and strong foundational HR knowledge to contribute to setting and achieving key milestones in the design and/or delivery of standard talent strategies to achieve business priorities.
- Through strong functional knowledge and understanding of core business processes, provides Consulting on strategic HR talent initiatives including but not limited to: human capital planning, compensation, succession, development, Inclusive Diversity, engagement, and workforce transitions.
Education
- 4-year bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 4 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Should have experience in Internal communication using tools such as Canva and SharePoint, and capable of designing internal campaigns.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Functional Skills
- HR Strategy & Consulting: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Change Management: Support change management and HR process improvement
- Talent Management: Drive talent initiatives including workforce planning, succession, and development
- Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Analyze HR data and use insights to recommend solutions
- Project & Program Management: Manage HR projects and track progress to ensure timely delivery
- Communication & Storytelling: Present complex HR insights, strategies, and recommendations clearly to different audiences to influence decision-making.
- Problem Solving & Decision-Making: Communicate HR strategies clearly to influence stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with business leaders, HRBPs, and COEs to drive alignment and execute talent initiatives.
