Job Description
The Field Property Claim Manager, to support the achievement of Allstate’s short- and long-term Mission, Vision and Strategic objectives, is accountable for supporting Claim strategies and programs to achieve maximum results and efficiencies. This is done through the analysis of reports, quality assurance work, identifying and delivery of training

Role Designation: Hybrid – Ontario
Responsibilities:
-
Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum team performance.
-
Foster an environment that delivers best-in-class customer service.
-
Implement best practices aligned with company goals.
-
Determine and delegate claims settlement authority to claims representatives.
-
Prepare executive reporting and analysis consistent with defined standards and processes.
-
Offer technical guidance on claim investigation, reserving evaluation, and resolution.
-
Partner with analytical teams to produce results and trending reports for leadership.
-
Manage all aspects of day-to-day claims production operations.
-
Collaborate with Claims and business leaders to define and drive enterprise initiatives.
-
Set performance standards and communicate job expectations to staff.
-
Monitor and track individual and unit performance against productivity and quality metrics.
-
Identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes to quality and severity initiatives, including modifications to Best Practices.
-
Ensure proper execution and compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements; recommend process improvements to maintain compliance.

Provide input and participate in government, industry, and related committees to positively influence claim practices.
Qualifications:
-
CIP/FCIP designation is an asset.
-
University degree, college diploma, or relevant certification.
-
10+ years of experience in property claims.
-
5+ years of experience in field claims.
-
5+ years of management experience.
-
Experience in training and coaching.
-
Advanced writing skills.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 77,200.00 – 124,075.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
