We’re looking for a strategic-minded business generalist with a background in Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Investments to join our Investments team—a function that manages an $80+ billion portfolio and contributes nearly 50% of Allstate’s earnings in a typical quarter.
This role is the center point and quarterback for strategic initiatives within Investments. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to challenge the status quo, explore innovative approaches to Investments as a business, and maximize its utility to the enterprise.

- Act as the strategic hub for cross-functional initiatives within Investments and Finance.
- Drive high-impact strategic projects with visibility to the CEO, CFO, CIO, and Board of Directors.

- Exposure to Senior Leadership
- Prior roles involving direct interaction with executives or senior decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Demonstrated success working across Finance, Investments, and Corporate Development teams.
- Industry Knowledge
- Financial services experience preferred; exposure to insurance or asset management is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
