As Senior Manager of Line Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Allstate Canada’s insurance products. This role is about driving innovation and delivering solutions that strengthen the financial health and performance of our products. You’ll lead a talented team of consultants, empowering them to create strategies that fuel growth and profitability. In this role, you’ll champion integration across product needs and areas of responsibility, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and impactful nationwide. Accountabilities:

Proactively identify and remove barriers to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

Drive innovation across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, overseeing performance, workforce planning, and recruitment.

Develop and implement strategies that integrate product, pricing, and risk management for nationwide impact.

Contribute to short- and long-term strategic goals aimed at market share growth and profitability.

Collaborate with stakeholders across ACG and product teams to align on strategies and execution plans.

Analyze industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging issues to shape strategic recommendations for pricing, product, and risk management.

Champion cross-functional coordination to ensure successful implementation of key initiatives.

Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leaders on initiatives and organizational priorities.

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 133,400.00 – 183,400.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
