Job Description
Primary Purpose:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for operational positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.

Integon Service Co. supports its insurance company affiliates, which offer property and casualty insurance products, including personal auto, homeowners, RV, motorcycle, small business auto insurance and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Liaise with clients to understand role requirements to source the most suitable candidates
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels
- Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates – ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Keep up to date with new technological trends to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience in recruitment
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, communications or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years recruitment experience
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies.
- Operational recruitment experience is a plus
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
