Your role in the team
Join us as an Inclusive Diversity Lead Consultant, where you’ll shape and deliver impactful strategies that drive meaningful change across our organisation. You’ll lead key programs, collaborate with senior partners, and use insight-led analysis to accelerate progress on our ID goals.
1. Lead EIG Operations & Governance
-
Act as the primary consultant overseeing EIG operations across ANI, ensuring strong execution, consistency, and compliance with Inclusive Diversity (ID) strategic priorities.

Drive governance excellence by establishing clear processes, rhythms, and reporting to support sustainable, high‑impact EIG activity.
2. Connection Day Design & Execution
-
Co‑design and lead end‑to‑end execution of ANI’s Connection Days, translating strategy into meaningful, high‑quality experiences.
-
Ensure events strengthen belonging, drive engagement, and create moments that reinforce our culture and digital‑first identity.
3. Engagement, Culture & Employee Experience
-
Lead and support ANI engagement and culture initiatives that foster inclusivity, psychological safety, connection, and a positive employee experience.
-
Champion programs that reinforce belonging across teams, communities, and diverse talent groups.
4. Stakeholder Partnership & Delivery
-
Build strong partnerships within Enterprise-wide ID which operates across different global regions and the Allstate Family of Companies, with internal leaders, EIGs, Talent, Learning, and external community or industry partners.

Ensure initiatives reflect local needs while staying aligned to Enterprise strategy and goals.

Determine measurement needs, perform analysis, and contribute to the development of measurement strategies aligned with Inclusive Diversity programs, services, and initiatives
5. Community Impact & Foundation Partnership
-
Partner with Allstate Foundation coordinators to integrate EIG and employee engagement efforts into wider community initiatives.

Ensure programs create meaningful, measurable social impact and strengthen ANI’s role as a responsible, values‑driven employer.
6. Communications & Brand Alignment
-
Work closely with ANI and Enterprise Communications to ensure all ID, EIG, engagement, and Connection Day activities are delivered with consistent branding, tone, and messaging.

Protect and amplify the ANI brand in the local market by ensuring communications reflect our digital excellence, inclusive culture, and community commitment.

Provide strategic guidance on storytelling, messaging, and amplification of engagement and ID programs internally and externally.
Essential Skills:

Experience having partnered with at least three cross functional partnerships (e.g., HR, Comms, Learning, External Partners) in previous roles.

Experience interpreting employee engagement feedback and diversity data to build targeted initiatives and interventions to deliver strategic objectives.

Experience guiding, influencing and managing employee networks to celebrate our inclusive culture enabling all employees to feel that they belong and can thrive
Desirable Skills:

Experience leading teams with consistent operational boundaries, strong governance, and cohesive delivery across multiple groups.
