Job Description
The Inside Auto Senior Consultant II plays a pivotal role in enhancing claim handling quality and consistency across the department. Along with complex claims determination, this role is also responsible for coaching and providing technical guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement. The role supports Claims leaders and contributes to strategic initiatives that elevate team performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Manages and resolves complex claims by determining minimum coverage limits and claim value, including cases involving single or multiple claimants, while clearly explaining coverage decisions.

Serves as a trainer to adjusters handling low-complexity, high-volume claims, providing guidance on claim handling, customer interactions and technical standards.

Conduct training sessions to observe workflows and deliver actionable feedback. Deliver supplemental training sessions on key topics such as coverage analysis, negotiation techniques and customer communication.

Review claim files for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Provide recommendations on liability assessment, documentation and resolution strategies.
-
Leverage continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
-
Participate in departmental initiatives and projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence by collaborating on file quality outcomes and contributing to strategies that enhance performance, training materials, and coaching tools.
Experience

3 or more years of experience with Liability and/or Casualty claim handling experience preferred.
Work Location & Schedule:
During Training: IN OFFICE

Monday through Friday, 8am-4:45pm
After Training: HYBRID (IN OFFICE & REMOTE)

Hours: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday

Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule – 3 days in office (Monday–Wednesday), 2 days remote (Thursday–Friday)
