Allstate Roadside is part of The Allstate Corporation and provides roadside assistance services to millions of customers through Allstate and a wide range of partner organizations spanning multiple industries.
Today, we serve more than 40 million customers across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The Associate Relationship Manager supports the Relationship Management team by strengthening client partnerships, delivering meaningful reporting and analytics, and serving as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in driving consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across core account management functions, including performance reporting, escalation management, billing reviews, day to day account support, including support for client onboarding, contract renewals, and governance activities.
Partnering closely with Relationship Managers, the Associate Relationship Manager helps optimize account performance, ensure adherence to contractual obligations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and enhance the overall client experience. Through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined operational execution, this role contributes to client retention, business growth, and long-term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Relationship Managers in managing strategic client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

May own and manage assigned smaller client accounts and relationships.

Develop, analyze, and present operational and performance reporting to support customer and business objectives.

Drive standardization and continuous improvement across account management processes and deliverables.

Coordinate and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.

Support billing reviews, account onboarding activities, contract renewals, and governance requirements.

Partner with internal teams to ensure operational alignment, contractual compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.

Foster collaboration across functional teams to improve efficiency, strengthen client outcomes, and support business growth.
Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, customer success, consulting, business operations, or a related field

Demonstrated experience supporting strategic client relationships and partnering across cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop, interpret, and present reporting, performance metrics, and actionable business insights.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

Experience supporting operational processes such as performance reporting, escalation management, invoicing reviews, day-to-day account activities.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data-driven decision-making methodologies preferred.
