Duration: 6-Month Apprenticeship Program

Role Summary
The Apprentice Associate III will support underwriting operations by performing policy servicing, risk review support, data validation, and process-oriented underwriting activities. The role offers an opportunity to gain foundational knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance while working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support underwriting operational processes and related transactions.
- Review and validate customer, policy, and risk information for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data entry, documentation review, and policy-related support activities.
- Follow established underwriting guidelines, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, trainers, and leaders to resolve operational queries.
- Participate in training and capability-building activities to enhance business and insurance knowledge.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency efforts.
