Role Scope:
The Associate Product Manager (APM) will focus on ensuring AIP’s core identity services continuously improve and deliver maximum value to subscribers. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing key monitoring features, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and ensuring product decisions are grounded in measurable outcomes and business value.
Key Areas of Focus

Optimize and Evolve Core Identity Products: Enhance and optimize credit monitoring, financial identity monitoring, and related services to ensure subscribers receive ongoing value. Identify opportunities to strengthen product performance, reduce friction, and improve user experience.

Manage the Roadmap for Core Identity Services: Maintain and coordinate the roadmap across identity‑related products. Collaborate with senior Product Managers to sequence enhancements, align priorities, and translate strategy into actionable work.

Identify Outcome‑Driven Improvement Opportunities: Proactively surface optimization opportunities aligned with AIP’s desired subscriber outcomes. Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform recommendations.

Deliver Measurable Business Value: Define success metrics for enhancements, new capabilities, and operational improvements. Track, measure, and communicate the impact of shipped features or improvements.

Develop Clear, Insight‑Driven Business Cases: Build concise business cases to justify enhancements, new capabilities, or sunsetting lower‑value features. Articulate customer value, business value, ROI, and rationale for prioritization.

Support Full Product Lifecycle Delivery: Assist with planning, scoping, validating, and launching new features or product changes. Support end‑of‑life decisions for outdated or low‑performing capabilities. Partner with engineering, design, CX, and analytics to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications
Required

High School Diploma and 5+ years of overall product related experiences, including 2–3 years in Product Management (fintech/Insurtech strongly preferred).

Demonstrated experience leading 1–2 initiatives from concept through launch with measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of technologies, processes, and tools used to design and deliver digital products.

Systems thinker who can identify patterns and simplify complex use cases.

Technical fluency with comfort discussing technical concepts and tradeoffs.

Working knowledge of APIs, web technologies, and integration concepts (no coding required).

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; strong problem‑solver and fast learner.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 – 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location
Physical Demands: We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings and office collaboration tools. Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary. Employees must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
