Job Description
The Employee Recruiting Consultant II will support Claims recruiting by managing both high volume and low volume searches of increasing complexity by overseeing the recruiting process including the hiring strategy, sourcing approach and client relationships. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process. They also provide role/area specific solutions driven by data, industry knowledge and personal experiences in the client business area.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver a positive candidate experience while exercising sound judgment in situations that deviate from standard practices.

Collaborate with peers, client groups, and employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of each open position.

Communicate proactively and consistently with leaders (clients and Talent Acquisition) and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Partner with internal clients and external resources to align Talent Acquisition strategies, programs, and tools, ensuring a pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.

Leverage provided tools to proactively source talent and build pipelines for current and future roles.
-
Manage client relationships independently, including OTA’s, hiring managers, and senior leaders; provide regular updates and conduct status calls tailored to client needs (e.g., reporting, sourcing efforts, and recruiting analytics).

Develop client-specific strategies that align with business goals and the organization’s talent philosophy.

Offer strategic consulting services, acting as the primary advisor on staffing and recruitment strategy, consultation, and education.

Perform salary analyses using available data and tools to support informed hiring decisions.

Contribute to client and Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring alignment with staffing strategies or business changes.

Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and provide backup support for fellow recruiters as needed.

Base compensation offered for this role is $56,000 – $82,500 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
