About the Role
The Loss Drafts Senior Associate is responsible for adhering to loss draft and property damage requirements including reviewing documents and claim notes in the system of record to ensure that accurate direction is given to the caller, requesting inspections, and evaluating the claim file to determine if an exception is needed. This role supports borrowers, contractors and attorneys by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.
Key Responsibilities

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Reviews and validates documents pertaining to claim
• Requests and reviews inspection results
• Submits draw request for claim funds when applicable
• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks
• Assists with cross training inbound representatives on Inbound calls when applicable
• Updates records and note systems
• Supports call volume to ensure that client requirements and SLA’s are met
• Confirms claim check deposits and disbursements on system
Education
• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Experience
• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Team members must remain in-office 6 months after training and achieving performance metrics and Allstate behaviors prior to consideration to work from home.
