A Product Operations role in an identity protection company focuses on optimizing processes, tools, and data to help product managers (PMs) and UX designers build and improve identity security products efficiently.
In this internship program, working alongside the Product team, the summer intern will learn to:
Process & Workflow Optimization
Develop and streamline product development processes to improve efficiency
Standardize documentation, workflows, and best practices for product and UX teams
Data & Insights Management
Collect and analyze product performance data (e.g., fraud detection accuracy, user adoption, engagement rates, etc.)
Support PM and UX teams with data-driven insights for decision-making
Maintain dashboards to track key product and user experience metrics
User Research & Feedback Integration

Document and formalize user feedback loops from customer support, sales, and marketing

Observe user testing sessions and assist UX designers in research synthesis

When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
