Job Description
This role is a business-facing, non-technical position focused on enabling high-quality reporting, analytics, and operational insights for the Property Claims organization. The role supports business systems, data pipelines, and reporting platforms to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable information for leadership, operations, and vendor partners.
The position partners closely with delivery teams, business reporting teams, and external/internal technology partners to translate reporting and operational needs into reliable, well-governed solutions. While the role works closely with technology platforms, the emphasis is on business outcomes, system reliability, and data-driven decision support rather than hands-on engineering.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a primary business contact for reporting, analytics, and data-enabled operational solutions within Property Claims.
• Support business reporting platforms and data systems used for operational dashboards, management reports, and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to ensure smooth data flows, system availability, and issue resolution.
• Manage and monitor automated reporting and data refresh processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, metrics definitions, and data needs.
• Partner with analytics and modeling teams to enable descriptive, performance, and forward-looking insights.
• Support onboarding of new data sources and vendors by coordinating data access, validation, and reporting readiness.
• Lead root-cause analysis for data quality or reporting issues and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for reports, metrics, data sources, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, self-service analytics, and management visibility.

Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in business reporting, MIS, analytics, or systems support roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL-based data querying and report validation.
• Strong understanding of data flows, data quality controls, and reporting lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to work across business and technology teams to deliver outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable supporting multiple systems and coordinating issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of API integration, working on reporting with Big Data & Cloud would be an added advantage
Preferred Experience
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, MIS, or operational analytics roles.
• Experience supporting cloud-based reporting or data platforms.
• Exposure to insurance, claims, financial services, or operational environments.
• Familiarity with vendor data integrations and automated reporting processes
• Understanding of API integration, working on reporting with Big Data & Cloud would be an added advantage
