Job Description
In this role, you will help design, build, and deliver the next generation of operational claims systems supporting Allstate Dealer Services. This platform is a strategic investment in the future of the business, enabling more efficient operations, faster service delivery, improved customer experiences, and long-term cost optimization.
As a technical leader on the team, you will contribute to the architecture, development, and delivery of modern backend services and applications that support key business capabilities. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including iteration planning, standups, and retrospectives, helping drive continuous improvement across the team.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Contribute to the architecture, development, and operation of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
